Who you're dealing with
Talent Intelligence Strategies MRO Global Inc. (泰然策略解密股份有限公司), UBN 60331107, at No. 4-8, Qingdao E. Rd., Zhongzheng Dist., Taipei City 100, Taiwan. When we say TIS or we, that's who we mean.
What these terms cover
- Using this website, including its pages, search and downloads.
- What you send us through it: contact, scoping, meeting and newsletter requests.
- Insights products — the Patent Strength Grading reports and the Licensing Platform — which are not on sale yet. Before either opens, we will publish its payment, refund and delivery terms here.
They do not govern a Sustain, Protect or License engagement. Each of those is set out in its own written contract, and where that contract and this page differ, the contract prevails.
What the website is, and isn't
The site describes what TIS does and how an engagement works. It is information, not an offer: scope, service levels, compliance lane and price are agreed in writing for each program. Market figures on the site come from the sources set out in the Disclosures, as of the date given there.
Nothing on the site is legal, export-control, financial or investment advice. For decisions on your own program, take advice from your counsel.
Sending us an enquiry
Sending a form starts a conversation. It does not create an engagement, and it does not by itself create a confidentiality obligation on either side. When a conversation needs confidential material, we sign an NDA first.
Do not send export-controlled technical data through the site — ITAR or EAR controlled data, material controlled under Taiwan's Strategic High-Tech Commodities rules, or anything classified. Do not send details of an invention you haven't filed. Tell us what you need in general terms, and we will arrange an NDA and a controlled channel.
How engagements are structured
TIS holds the contract and runs the program. Service capacity comes from our partners, named on the pages where they work. The TIS × Innovue UAV patent portfolio is a separate business from sustainment: a portfolio licence and an MRO contract are offered, signed and invoiced separately, and neither is ever a condition of the other.
Our content, and names that belong to others
Text, images and design on the site belong to TIS. Link to any page freely; don't copy the site or present its content as your own. Suntek Group, PG Union, Innovue and the other organisations named on the site own their names; naming them describes a working relationship and doesn't grant any rights in them.
Availability and liability
We keep the site accurate and running, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, TIS is not liable for decisions made on the basis of site content alone. If you're a consumer in Taiwan, your rights under the Consumer Protection Act sit on top of all this — nothing here takes them away.
Changes
We update these terms as the site and services change, and move the date at the top when we do.
Law and disputes
Taiwanese law applies. If it comes to a dispute, the Taipei District Court hears it first — unless you're a consumer and the Consumer Protection Act entitles you to a different court, in which case use that one. An engagement contract may set its own governing law and forum; for that engagement, the contract prevails.
